Nigel Nolan is the Lead Trainer with Sandbox Advisors and will work with you personally, to ensure you get the maximum benefit from engaging our services.
He has more than 25 years general management experience in both the private and public sectors in Europe. He has managed Operational Service Units as well as Training & Development Units in the Irish health services. Nigel has vast experience in training needs analysis, and in the design, delivery and evaluation of training and training materials. He has trained, facilitated and led strategy development processes, organisational development initiatives and organisational performance management improvements. He is an experienced trainer, facilitator and presenter.
Nigel was also an associate lecturer with the UK’s Open University Business School for 13 years on their Professional Diploma in Management / MBA course, and an associate lecturer in health services management with Dublin Institute of Technology.
In addition to an educational background in philosophy, psychology, theology and communications, Nigel studied on a scholarship secondment in the School of Public Administration (formally a part of the Institute of Public Administration, Dublin). He has a post-graduate Diploma in Management and an MBA from the UK’s Open University Business School; and an M.A. in Adult & Community Education from the National University of Ireland. He is a Fellow of the Irish Institute of Training & Development (FIITD), a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI), and a Member of the Singapore Institute of Management (MSIM). Nigel is also a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified Coach.
