This helps us to properly understand every individual’s unique situation and provide solutions to meet their needs, rather than just generic information. In our experience, one-to-one assistance provides much better preparation for a successful job search.

We focus on services that have the maximum benefit for our participants, also keeping in mind that our organisational clients are looking for cost effective solutions. Therefore we eliminate nice-to-have (but low impact) frills such as equipment and office space. We provide participants with what they really need -> one-to-one time with an experienced career counsellor and transition consultant, identification of ideal/viable job targets, an effective resume prepared with a professional resume writer, detailed interview training, information on the most proactive/successful job search techniques, relevant job openings and secretarial services to reduce administrative burden.
