  • Step 2: We prepare your assessment reports and perform a detailed analysis of the results
  • Step 3: 45-60 minutes session with a career advisor to explain the assessments, generate insights and discuss practical career change/choice & educational planning implications for the suggested job options

Comprehensive Career Choice & Career Change Program (SGD 575)

This package is suitable for experienced professionals, who want to decide on ideal career options for themselves, based on all their characteristics and preferences. This includes your personality, interests, knowledge, skills, values, working style, learning preferences, leadership style, risk tolerance and team orientation.

  • Step 1: You receive access to our career assessment system, in order to complete online questionnaires for 3 assessments (Strong, MBTI and Combined Personality/Interest Career Report) [view samples interest, personality, combined]
  • Step 2: We prepare your assessment reports and perform a detailed analysis of the results
  • Step 3: 30-60 minutes session with a career advisor to explain the assessments, generate insights and arrive at a shortlist of possible career/job options
  • Step 4: 30-60 minute session to engage in card sorting and other exercises in order to get a detailed/complete picture of all your characteristics and preferences (personality, interests, knowledge, skills, values, working style, learning preferences, leadership style, risk tolerance, team orientation, etc.). This forms the criteria for evaluating jobs
  • Step 5: We will then guide you through a process of researching shortlisted jobs, to evaluate the extent to which each job satisfies your characteristics and preferences. This is done with the use of occupational databases, speaking with relevant people, low-risk experiments to get first-hand experience & other such methods
  • Step 6: Information from the research is organised in a template that we will provide. Half-way through the research we will have a 30 minute session to take stock of progress and plan next steps
  • Step 7: Once the research is complete, we will have a wrap-up session (30-60 minutes) to refine the information and ensure you have enough clarity on which career/job options you are best suited for. If applicable, we will also discuss a few practical considerations for making a career change
