Our Talent Management program involves three stages:
Information Gathering:
We use a variety of approaches to get a better feel of your organisation’s pulse. This includes (but is not restricted to) interviews with a cross section of the employees, employee surveys as well as reading relevant organisational material.
Analysis:
At this stage we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the information collected, to arrive at a detailed picture of your entire Talent Management process, or what we call ‘AS-IS’ mapping.
Presentation & Workshop:
We then have a presentation to share the ‘AS-IS’ mapping, as well as insights on industry and research best-practices. This could be followed by a practical workshop with relevant employees and decision makers, to create a shared understanding of your Talent Management goals (‘Should-Be’ mapping) and a plan for achieving them.
Depending on how comprehensive you would like to make the exercise, our program can be delivered in several ways:
- Short Program: Large scale employee survey + Analysis and presentation of the results/insights
- Standard Program: Large scale employee survey + 1 on 1 interviews with senior management + Analysis and presentation of the results/insights
- Comprehensive Program: Large scale employee survey + 1-on-1 interviews with senior management + Analysis and presentation of the results/insights + Joint workshop to decide on goals & plan roadmap
