Best Employers in Singapore - Who Offer Engagement, Motivation & Development

HR Asia conducted a survey to find the best employers in Singapore for 2014.

113 companies in Singapore responded to the survey and at least 20 or 20% of employees (whichever was lower), participated from each organisation .

The survey is based on inputs from a team of senior industry practitioners and thought leaders. Companies are judged on three main factors that determine the satisfaction of an employee; the heart, mind and soul. Questions covered areas such as employee engagement, workplace culture, advancement and development opportunities.
